These terms apply when you install or use an app published by Tidybit Apps (“our apps”) or use this website.
Buying and licensing
Our apps are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles ordering, billing, trials and licensing. Your purchase is also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
Sites with up to 10 users may use our apps free of charge.
Using the apps
You may use our apps for your organisation’s own work in the Atlassian site where they are installed. You may not resell them, copy their code, or use them to break the law or Atlassian’s terms.
Your data
Your content stays yours. Our apps store only what they need to work, inside your Atlassian site, as described in our privacy policy.
Support and updates
We provide support by email at support@tidybitapps.com on a best-effort basis. We may update our apps to fix problems, keep up with changes to Atlassian’s platform, or add features.
Availability
Our apps depend on Atlassian’s platform. We can’t guarantee they will always be available or error-free, and features may change when Atlassian changes its products.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering an app; if we do, we will give reasonable notice through the Marketplace listing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed.
