To help us help you quickly, tell us:
- which app, and whether you use Jira or Confluence,
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot, if it shows the problem,
- your site address (for example
yourcompany.atlassian.net), only if you’re happy to share it.
Please don’t send passwords, API tokens or other secrets. We will never ask for them.
